C&H Fire Sprinkler, LLC was founded in 1996 in Weatogue, CT as a turn-key Fire Sprinkler Contractor and is licensed in CT and MA. C&H provides Fire Sprinkler design, material procurement, installation, and testing/turn-over for all aspects of Fire Protection. C&H professionals pride themselves on decades of experience within the commercial construction and building industries. It is our priority to integrate with the project team, both during the project design and installation portions of the project. C&H's commitment to integrating the fire sprinkler system into the overall facility design allows us to exceed Owner/GC schedule and budget expectations.

Design/Build: C&H partners with architectural and engineering firms to offer a full-service design/build Fire Sprinkler system. C&H integrates the fire sprinkler design into the overall design effort to ensure the system meets or exceeds code requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner. C&H has an in-house Professional Engineer to oversee design and coordination efforts.

Procurement/Logistics: C&H partners with multiple national suppliers to ensure timely, and accurate delivery of required materials. A streamlined logistics system allows C&H to provide accurate project schedule deadlines and deliver projects on-time.

Installation: C&H provides licensed, experienced sprinkler fitters for all installation projects. In addition, C&H offers experienced project management, on-site supervision, and project scheduling expertise to ensure we exceed expectations in all aspects of the project installation and complete projects on-time/on-budget.

Leslie Carlson

Mr. Carlson is the founder and President of C&H Fire Sprinkler, LLC. He has worked in the Fire Sprinkler industry in Connecticut and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. He has executed the design and construction of hundreds of fire sprinkler systems. His personal involvement in projects begins with pre-construction site visits and continues through final certification and delivery. His experience and expertise ensures that the end-user will receive an exceptional product on-budget and on-time.

Christopher Leadbetter, PE

Mr. Leadbetter joined C&H Fire Sprinkler in the summer of 2014. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy and is a licensed Professional Engineer. After serving as a combat engineer in the United States Army, he has 10(+) years of experience as a on-site construction project manager. His project management skills and experience are demonstrated by his track record of completing challenging, complex projects in the US and Europe/Mid-East regions.
